J-Power to resume construction of Oma nuclear plant

"Electric Power Development Co. plans to resume the construction of its Oma nuclear power plant in Aomori Prefecture, it was learned Friday.

Economy, Trade and Industry Minister Yukio Edano has said the central government would allow suspended nuclear plant construction projects to be restarted."

일본, 후쿠시마 사고 후 원전공사 첫 재개

"일본 전력회사인 J-파워는 1일 아오모리현의 오마원전 건설 공사를 재개했다고 밝혔다.

일본 정부는 지난달 원전 신설 증설을 하지 않겠다고 발표했지만, 이후 에다노 유키오 경제산업상은 이미 건설허가를 받은 원전의 공사는 계속 진행하겠다고 밝혔다."
